These ENDNOTES--a total of 54 urls that link to evidence about
one or more of the sixteen individuals named below--support the
San Diego Citizens' Grand Jury's conclusion
that each of the said individuals
should be further investigated for the Charge of
'Conspiracy to Commit Mass Murder'.

My only regret from our procedings on April 14, 2007
is that the Jurors did not receive from me information
which might have moved them to direct the further investigation
of at least two other individuals, MICHAEL CHERTOFF and BERNARD KERIK,
on one or more Charges.
Congratulations to the Jurors for their splendid courage,
deep backgrounds of knowledge, acute questions,
and thoroughgoing determination. Their initiative, using the Grand Jury's
means of Presentment (a Presentment 'is an accusation issued by the grand jury
on its own knowledge, without any bill of indictment having been previously
drawn up by the prosecutor'--Columbia University Press Encyclopedia)
led to the charging of fourteen individuals listed below.
Congratulations to the Jurors for their big step toward
truly countering terrorism.
May their courageous step further Grand Juries and more by concerned citizens
around the world. May it further an unstoppable movement.
May we all--all truth-seeking citizens of the world now
and the world to come--reach answers about the crimes of 9/11/01
that prevent more of such crimes-more of such atrocities
against civilian populations--in our futures.
